We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data retention

  • Active accounts: We retain your data while your account is active
  • Closed accounts: Data is deleted within 90 days after account closure, except where we must retain it for legal or regulatory reasons
  • Analytics logs: Query and processing logs are retained for 30 days for free plans and 90 days for paid plans
  • Backups: Backup data may be retained for up to 180 days for disaster recovery purposes

Your choices

Account management:

  • Delete specific reports, dashboards, or datasets
  • Close your account by contacting support

Marketing preferences:
